Holiday Order Deadlines

Guaranteed Delivery by December 24th

Holiday Processing

During the holiday season (November 15 – December 31):

• Processing time: 2-4 business days (standard: 1-2)
• Customer support: Extended hours (Mon-Sat, 8 AM – 9 PM)
• Returns: Extended through January 31 (see our Holiday Return Policy)
• No weekend deliveries: Nov 24-25, Dec 1-2 unless overnight selected

Holiday Shipping Surcharges

Carriers apply peak season surcharges from October through January:

• Standard: No surcharge
• Express: $2.00 surcharge per package
• Overnight: $4.00 surcharge per package

During winter months, weather may cause delays:

• We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather
• Track your package for real-time updates

Post-Holiday Returns

Items purchased as gifts between November 1 and December 31 can be returned through January 31 — see our Holiday Return Policy for details.
